Healthy Dinner Recipes

Eating
naturally healthy meals has never been easier! There's no reason to
feel confused or intimidated about how to eat more healthfully. All
Natural and Organic Foods should be prepared seeking the natural flavor in
food by using fresh seasonal ingredients, natural condiments, herbs and
spices. I prefer organic food and will not compromise in my cooking.
Therefore, my diet is moderately low in fat; I am aware of portion sizes
including complex carbohydrates. I do not exclude any food group; for
me, all foods are important and variety plays a role in healthy eating.
Why do I only prepare natural or organic meals for my family and I?
What I have been told and what I have researched is that throughout history,
the world's healthiest people have known how to preserve, prepare and
consume food in its healthiest form.
1.
So if it's animal food, it means that the animals were raised healthy.
2.
If it's vegetable food, it means the vegetables were raised healthfully.
3.
When it comes to grains and dairy, the least processing and the preparation
that allows them to be more digestible is the way that history tells us to
eat.
4.
And it's also using the laws of nature to preserve instead of the man made
processes that we put into place.

Well according to God, eating scavenger foods such as pork, shellfish, and
certain other fish is not good for the body.
Did He forbid us to eat them; No He did not.
Even though permitted I have chosen not to eat them and the results
have been improved health.
Then what about artificial sweeteners, margarine, and the
hydrogenated
oils? The processing of white sugar
with the chemicals to produce it makes it not natural.
To me, they're not food, they're chemicals. Many people in the
health community think milk is the worst thing in the world. To a certain
extent, I also agree with them.
If you consume skimmed, pasteurized, homogenized milk from cows that are fed
grain with antibiotics and growth hormones and raised in a cage and never
see grass, that's entirely different from organic, cultured, dairy product
like yogurt, full fat, which is how the milk comes out of the animal. Those
are as different as gold and fool's gold. They
both may look the same, but one is valueless and one is extremely valuable.
Secondly, I have taken steps to condition my body with
exercise and body therapies. I have
been told about deep breathing and the importance of how we were designed to
breathe. I also have learned about
hydrotherapy, which is using water to heal.
In addition to that, getting sunlight and getting to sleep at a
proper time is as important as everything else I do.
Thirdly, I reduced the toxins in my environment.
Now,
I'm
not saying the environment. It's not
about being an environmentalist. It's
about making sure that the air I breathe, the water I drink, the skin care
products I use and the cosmetics I use and the shampoo and toothpaste I use
on a daily basis, do not contribute to the toxin burden in my life.
What
I get from all this is simply a better Quality of Life.
Sure I have lost weight but this is not about weight.
I have aches and pains diminished. I
sleep better, feel more rested and thus have less stress or feel the effects
of stress less, my digestion has improved, I have fewer colds and flus, and
my allergies have diminished and I fell they will eventually go away.
My need for insulin has completely faded away.
I am free of the needles and the need for insulin.
So, how hard is it?
Planning
menus is time consuming. This might seem an impossible job when you
are following a strict regimen in you diet. You may find it to
difficult to plan something as much as 7 days out to have a certain meal
7days later. I too found it so daunting the first time I attempted it
that I just gave up. But now I think about what I will eat for the
week and gather the recipes to make it happen and it is an adventure rather
than a problem.
