Ingredients
fresh tomatoes,
chopped - large spoon
extra virgin olive oil
garlic, finely chopped
mozzarella cheese, buffalo - cubed
fresh basil, torn - chopped
fresh parsley, finely chopped
sea salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
Greek Olives, finely chopped
parmesan cheese, freshly grated
cooked pasta |

Cooking Method
This recipe is
not cooked.

In a large bowl add a large spoonful of fresh
tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, buffalo mozzarella cubed, fresh basil,
fresh parsley, Greek olives, pinch of salt and pepper.

Toss with
hot pasta and fresh
Parmesan cheese.
