Serves: 4
Ingredients
2 lbs. ground beef ⅓ cup canned mushroom soup 1 egg 1 small onion, finely chopped ¼ cup bread crumbs
Cooking Method
Mix and form into patties.
Bake at 425° for 30 minutes.
Mix remaining two thirds can of soup with one third cup water and pour over patties.
Bake 10 minutes longer.
