Cooking Method
In a 4 qt. pot or casserole dish, melt butter, then sauté onions,
celery, green onions and garlic for 10 minutes.

Add potatoes and
water.

Stir, cover and cook until potatoes are tender.

Pour
into blender and blend until smooth.

Pour back into dish, add
milk, seasonings and parsley.

Reheat about 5 minutes.
