Ingredients


2 egg
1½ teaspoons vanilla
cup margarine
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup brown sugar, packed
1½ cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
2½ cups rolled oats
1½ cups fresh California peach, diced
1 cup raisins

Cooking Method


Beat eggs with vanilla extract, margarine and sugars in mixing bowl. 

  1. Combine flour, salt and baking powder. 

  2. Add to egg mixture and beat at low speed 2 or 3 minutes or until smooth. 

  3. Stir in oats, peaches and raisins. Chill. 

  4. Drop by tablespoon onto nonstick baking sheet. 

  5. Bake in 350° F. oven 10 to 15 minutes or until golden.
