Steak

Made with all organic foods.  Natural and Organic products are readily available in your supermarket.

Ingredients

12 ounce beef flank steak
¼ cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
pinch of rep pepper flakes
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
½ pound snow pea pods, steamed lightly and cut into quarters at an angle
½ pound bean sprouts, steamed lightly
½ red bell pepper, seeded and cut into julienne

Cooking Method

Using a sharp knife, score the flank steak across the grain on both sides.

  1. Broil 3 to 4 minutes to a side, or until meat is medium rare.

  2. Transfer to a cutting board and let stand for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix lemon juice, soy sauce, oils, ginger, and red pepper flakes together.

Cut the meat across the grain on an angle into very thin slices, then cut these slices into a julienne.

  • Marinate with soy sauce mixture for several hours in refrigerator.

Mix with sesame seeds and vegetables just before serving.
