Cooking Method
Score both sides of the steaks
in a diamond pattern about
⅛-inch
deep.
Combine all
the ingredients in a large shallow baking dish.

Coat the steaks with
the marinade and turn four times during a 2-hour period
of marinating in the refrigerator (can be marinated
overnight).

Remove the steaks from
the marinade and broil 3-5 minutes on each side.
To serve,
cut diagonally into thin slices.
Serve with
baked potato and green salad. |
