great way to garnish the plates for your next dinner party is as simple
as whipped potatoes and a pastry bag. Fill the bag with the
potatoes (be careful - it will be hot!). Wrap a towel around the
bag to insulate the heat from your hands. You can create mounds of
beautiful side dishes. This is also the most appealing way to
re-stuff twice-baked potatoes.
