Serves: 6
Ingredients
¼ cup butter
1½ unsweetened baking chocolate squares
¼ cup cocoa
¼ cup sugar
1 dash salt
½ cup cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
Cooking Method
Melt the butter and chocolate together over low heat. Mix together
the sugar, cocoa, and salt. Add to chocolate mixture. Mix together
until smooth. Add cream slowly and bring to a boil, stirring
constantly. Remove from heat immediately and beat in vanilla.
