Cooking Method
Pour the extra virgin olive oil into a skillet to about ½-inch deep and
heat the oil to 350° F.
Place the
shucked oysters in a bowl and cover them with the milk.

In a second bowl combine the
flour, salt and paprika.

In a third bowl whisk the eggs and water.

In a fourth bowl place the bread crumbs.

Dip the oysters one-at-time
in the flour, then the egg mixture, then the bread crumbs
and place in the oil.

Fry until the oysters are brown
about 2 minutes.
Place the cooked oysters on a
paper towel or brown paper bag to drain.
Serve hot with lemons.
