Broiled White Fish
with Cheesy Topping

All ingredients are to be organic with the fish wild caught.
Ingredients
Grated Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon mayonnaise 1 tablespoon green onions ⅛ teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Cooking Method
Broil fish until it flakes.
Sprinkle on the lemon juice.
Stir together the remaining ingredients and spread this cheese mixture over the fish.
Broil until lightly browned.
