BBQ Sauce for Chicken

Sometimes a good basic barbecue sauce for chicken is the best.

Ingredients

1 cup ketchup

3 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon lemon juice

dash Tabasco or other hot pepper sauce

Cooking Method

Combine all ingredients.

1. Brush on chicken during the final 10 minutes of grilling or broiling.

2. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
